We provide doorstep repair and maintenance support for home appliances including:

Service availability may vary depending on location and technician availability.

3. Inspection & Visiting Charges

A standard inspection or visiting charge starting from ₹349 may apply.

Final repair cost depends on appliance condition, labor, and spare parts required.

Repair work will begin only after customer approval.

4. Payments

Customers can make payment after completion of approved repair or service work.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Bank Transfer

Digital Payment Methods

5. Spare Parts

If spare parts are required during repair, customers will be informed before installation.

Spare parts once installed and tested may not be eligible for refund unless covered under supplier policy.

6. Service Support

Limited service support may be available for selected repairs as mentioned in the invoice or service confirmation.

Service support may not apply in cases involving:

Physical damage

Voltage fluctuations

Water damage

Mishandling

Unauthorized repair attempts

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before technician dispatch.

If cancellation occurs after technician arrival, applicable inspection or visiting charges may apply.

Fixio Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational or technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fixio Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from appliance condition, repair delays, or external technical issues.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
