Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fixio Services, we aim to maintain transparent service practices and clear communication with customers. This policy explains our cancellation, inspection, payment, and refund process.
1. Booking & Inspection Policy
Fixio Services does not collect advance payments during booking.
Customers can book service requests through phone call or WhatsApp without paying any booking amount in advance.
A standard inspection and diagnosis charge of ₹349 may apply once the technician visits the location and inspects the appliance.
Final repair cost depends on:
appliance condition
repair requirements
spare parts (if required)
service type
Repair work will begin only after customer approval.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Technician Dispatch
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking before technician dispatch without any cancellation charges.
After Technician Arrival
If cancellation occurs after technician arrival and inspection, the standard inspection/visiting charge of ₹349 may apply.
Rescheduling
Fixio Services may reschedule appointments due to:
technician availability
operational reasons
weather conditions
emergency situations
3. Refund Policy
No Advance Payment Collection
Since we do not collect advance booking payments, refund requests before service generally do not apply.
Inspection Charges
Inspection and diagnosis charges are non-refundable once the technician has completed appliance inspection and issue diagnosis.
Duplicate or Excess Payment
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment or excess digital payment, the amount will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time after verification.
4. Spare Parts Policy
If spare parts are required for repair:
customers will be informed before installation
pricing will be communicated in advance
installation will proceed only after approval
Spare parts once installed and tested may not be eligible for refund unless covered under supplier policy.
5. Service Support
Limited service support may be available for selected repairs as mentioned in the invoice or service confirmation.
Support may not apply in cases involving:
physical damage
voltage fluctuations
water damage
mishandling
unauthorized third-party repair attempts
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to:
provide accurate appliance details
ensure safe access to appliances
verify service details before payment
